July 2020: The Beginning

Virtue Ally began as Noted&Done, founded by our CEO, Fatima Herrera. After years of working as a VA and project manager, an American investor recognized Fatima’s talent and invested in her vision of a high-quality virtual assistant agency.

When one client ended their contract, Sebastian offered to support Fatima in Marketing and Sales. As a close friend, he saw the potential of Noted&Done and encouraged Fatima to focus on operations while he managed growth, marking a crucial turning point.

Noted&Done completed the year with over 10 active VAs, thriving without further outside investment, thanks to careful resource management and hard work.

In a major milestone, we partnered with an individual who introduced us to Cerbo, an EHR system. This partnership allowed us to scale to 20+ clients and 20+ VAs, a feat achieved through hard work and bootstrapping, without additional investments.

Recognizing Sebastian’s contributions, Fatima made him a part-owner of the El Salvador entity. This marked the formalization of a partnership that would continue to shape Virtue Ally’s future.

September - December 2023: Becoming Virtue Ally

Fatima and Sebastian negotiated to purchase Noted&Done from the original investor. In December 2023, the company transformed into Virtue Ally, with Fatima becoming the sole owner and CEO—a proud and defining achievement.

With a growing number of healthcare professionals as clients, Virtue Ally became HIPAA-compliant to demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI).
